Brightest Bulb is a new company specialising in training individuals in the production of employee generated video (EGV) content.
We teach the skills required to create high quality employee generated video via our Individual Director Editor Camera-person, or iDEC®, approach to content creation.
As a result of the PPI scandal, the Ombudsman grew from 500 employees to 4,500 within a very short time. One of my main tasks was to budget, plan, manage, art direct and implement a new identity for all interior signage and graphics.
In line with ITV’s complete re-brand, it was decided to develop a dashboard which would present audience data in an engaging and accessible way while allowing distribution around the company in presentations reports and other internal communications.
Communicating closely with all departments to ensure the brand message was delivered consistently. Organising and running focus groups to research and improve brand values awareness and to improve inter-departmental communications.
